What happens to my refund if my card is no longer in use?

Most of the time, if you have a replacement card for the same account, a retailer will refund you back into that account without any problems.

If you have any problems with receiving your refund you will need to contact the retailer who processed your order directly. To find out how to do this please visit My Orders where you will find contact details for each retailer you have purchased from using the Love the Sales checkout.
