How do I return an item or get a refund?

Returning an order is quick and easy. To make a return, simply go to the My Orders page in your account, find the order you wish to return and click 'Make a return'.

How long do I have to return my order?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.

 

What options do I have to return the product?

As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address on the returns label that was received with the parcel.

All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.

 

Can I exchange a product?

We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.

There is no fee to exchange via this process.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.

 

Do I have to pay for returns?

This depends on your reason for return.

If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.
