I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
If there is an item missing from your order, you will need to contact the retailer who sent it. To find out how to do this please visit My Orders where you will find contact details for each retailer you have purchased from using the Love the Sales checkout.
When contacting a retailer please include your order number and as much detail as possible about the order issue.
If you’ve contacted the retailer that you purchased from and you still haven’t had a resolution, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
