How do I get a new return note?
Most retailers are now paperless and so you may not find a return note in your order. You can visit My Orders and follow the ‘return this order’ link to make your return. We do not issue new returns notes, so if you have misplaced this, you can easily pop a new note in with your order number, reason for return and if you are wanting a refund or exchange.
This will help us identify and process your return/exchange efficiently.
