Introducing Holland Cooper's new country classic four pocket coat. They have developed this style with innovative and super practical multi-way construction, meaning it can be treated as three coats in one!

The outer coat is made from a super soft touch and durable microfibre fabric that has been bonded internally with a fully waterproof and breathable membrane, giving the coat fantastic technical capability whilst maintaining its beautiful & soft looking outer fabric. Filled with Sorona synthetic down providing insulation, warmth and breathability. The outer coat is finished off with a stow-away hood to the collar and beautiful burnished brass subtle hardware and embroideries.

The inner gilet is made from a technical polar style fleece perfectly matching the outer jacket with the same attention to detail, allowing you to zip out and wear separately when weather permits. The gilet features the same elegant and slim fit as the Country Classic Fleece Gilets, but with the added feature of seamlessly attaching to the outer coat. Finished off with matching burnished brass hardware and beautiful faux leather trim detailing.

How long do I have to return my order?

This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.

Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.

What options do I have to return the product?

As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.

All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.

There is no fee to exchange via this process.

In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.

Do I have to pay for returns?

This depends on your reason for return.

If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.
