Ideal for shaping the nails before nail polish application, the dual-sided foam nail file can also be used to buff the nails. The 180-grit side can be used to buff the natural nail before gel application, for a smoother-looking finish. The 100-grit side can be used to buff the gel polish down for easy removal.
