How long do I have to return my order?
This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.
Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.
What options do I have to return the product?
As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.
All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.
There is no fee to exchange via this process.
In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
This depends on your reason for return.
If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.

It features a lightweight mesh upper, GORE-TEX waterproofing, and a Vibram outsole for excellent grip. The EVA midsole and Ortholite footbed ensure comfort and stability on the trails.

Danner's Trail 2650 Mesh GTX is created in partnership with the Montana-based legends of pack making; MYSTERY RANCH. The limited-edition, versatile trail hiker is inspired by the vivid, rich, layered colours of the Big Sky Country sunsets of Montana. A lightweight mesh upper and GORE-TEX waterproof liner provide breathable protection from the elements, keeping feet comfortable in all conditions. Underfoot, a Vibram® outsole with Megagrip tackles uneven terrain and holds firm in variable conditions.
This limited distribution collab from Danner and Mystery Ranch is a Gore-Tex exclusive that is purely for the top tier, market leading fashion doors.
Crafted with an ultra-lightweight EVA foam midsole that provides soft cushioning while minimising weight, formed around a TPU shank to guard your foot in uncertain terrain. A EXO Heel system provides a secure fit and increased comfort.
Mesh & Textile Upper
We combine lightweight mesh with textile to create an upper with modern performance and timeless Danner® durability.
Gore-Tex (GTX)
100% waterproof and breathable, GORE-TEX liners ensure that no water gets in, while allowing sweat and moisture to get out.
Removable Ortholite Footbed
Three layers of varying density are combined for maximum cushioning and support. The entire footbed is made of open-cell polyurethane for better heat dissipation and air circulation.
Danner Plyogo Midsole
Ultra-lightweight EVA provides excellent cushioning with optimal weight savings.
Vibram® 460 Outsole
Self-adapting lugs and Vibram’s specially formulated Megagrip compound provide long-wearing resilience with incredible grip on both wet and dry surfaces.
Danner Trailguard
Lightweight and supportive, the Trailguard TPU shank provides stability and underfoot protection on rough, uneven terrain.

Inspired from trail running, the DT6 last features an 8mm offset from heel to toe with slightly more width in the forefoot for stability and a good-looking, everyday-wearable aesthetic.
