How long do I have to return my order?
This item must be returned within 365 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.
Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.
What options do I have to return the product?
As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.
All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.
There is no fee to exchange via this process.
In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
This depends on your reason for return.
If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.

What cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.

Combining Eccos award-winning Street outsole and Eccos Natural Motion Technology. The BIOM Hybrid 3 shoe is now available with BOA closure system. No laces anymore, just a system wired for ideal snug fit and comfort, quick lacing just by a turn of the tongue wheel. Turn it until you feel your own comfort level.
The just pull the BOA up to loosen the lacing system. So quick so easy. The disc is hidden from the trouser overlapping the operating disc. So makes the shoe look so clean and no more dirty laces. Ecco Freedom Fit mixes a snug heel with roomier forefoot area that allows toes to move naturally. Removable Ortholite inlay soles the option of extra width fit. The all-day outsole on the BIOM Hybrid 3 has molded TPU traction bars. Creating more than 800 traction angles to provide exceptional grip and stability on almost any surface. The upper of the Ecco BIOM Hybrid 3 BOA Hybrid is made from Yak leather that is three times stronger than other leathers and naturally smooth, soft and breathable.
