Please read our returns policy below to understand what needs to be considered when making a return:
How long do I have to return my order?
This item must be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of the item you purchased. The only exception to this is during the Black Friday and Christmas shopping period.
Any purchases made between 15th November and 15th December can be returned up until 15th January in the following year. This allows you to buy Christmas gifts, and still return them after the festive period if needed.
What options do I have to return the product?
As an online marketplace, we do not have any physical locations. All items must be returned by post to the address stated on the returns information listed against your order in the My orders area of your account.
All returned items must be new, unwashed and in the same condition as when they were received, with all tags still attached and intact.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not directly exchange products. To exchange a product for a different size, the original item must first be returned and received. Once that has occurred a refund will be made. To get the new size, the customer must purchase that directly, which they can choose to do after the refund, or before, at their own expense.
There is no fee to exchange via this process.
In the event of an incorrect or damaged product being sent, we will offer a full exchange or refund.
Do I have to pay for returns?
This depends on your reason for return.
If your item is damaged, or an incorrect item is sent, there will be no cost for you to return the item. However, if you are returning the item due to the size or fit, or other details you dislike, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund if using a returns label received with the product, or at your own expense if a label is not used.
If you need any assistance with your return, you can find more details in your confirmation email, via the My orders page or by contacting us on hello@lovethesales.com .
What cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, underwear, face masks and some jewellery cannot be returned unless they include a hygienic cover and this is still intact. Additionally, any personalised items cannot be returned.

Product description
Sumi Bincho-tan excels in Konro grills and serves as a great alternative to regular charcoal in any BBQ grill. Crafted from dense hardwoods using traditional centuries-old methods, it is a preferred choice among cooks globally. Its ability to burn at higher temperatures and for extended durations, without emitting unpleasant odours, makes it perfect for preserving natural flavours while cooking.
Sumi Bincho-tan works perfectly in Konro grills but can also be used in place of regular charcoal in any BBQ grill. It is made from dense hardwoods, honouring the traditional, centuries old production methods . It is favoured by cooks around the world since it burns at a higher temperature and for longer periods of time than ordinary charcoal and doesn't produce any unpleasant odours, making it ideal for sealing in natural flavours. The Sumi Bincho Charcoal are hexagonal shaped.
In the Edo period, a craftsman named Bichu-ya Chozaemon began to produce a charcoal from the ubame oak called Bincho-tan, or white charcoal, named for the stark white colour the charcoal turns as it burns. It is favoured by cooks around the world since it burns at a higher temperature and for longer periods of time than ordinary charcoal and doesn't produce any unpleasant odours, making it ideal for sealing in natural flavours. It is harder than traditional black charcoal and has a distinctive metallic ringing sound if struck together. It has been steadily gaining popularity worldwide and is even used in the production of clothing and instruments.
Chef’s tips: Ensure you stack at least 2-3 layers deep of Binchotan logs. This will give you good vertical heat and a more reliable grilling experience.
Be patient. Often people start grilling before the charcoal has reached it’s peak heat potential. You’ll know when it’s ready to grill when a piece of chicken skin blisters and crackles after one minute.
Even better news: After two to three hours of grilling, you will more than likely have still have some Bincho left over, that you can reuse by simply lifting it out with some tongues and submerging the hot coals in cold water for 30 seconds and then drying them for another day.
