Charge the toothbrush unit for 10 hours prior. Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. Press the mode button to power on the toothbrush. This will bring you to gentle mode. Continue to press on the mode button to reach your desired mode. If you are brushing your teeth too hard the pressure sensor will start to flash red. This indicates that you need to reduce the pressure. Rinse the toothbrush head and bristles after each use.
