What designer products were the most hunted this year? Love the Sales has found the top 10 fashion items we all craved, but didn’t want to pay full price for. Our data has been compiled from the searches of 4 million discount hunters across more than 6 million items in 2019.

Biggest 2019 Discount - 10%

Search Volume Top Ten - 1.8%

The Burberry pattern is a winter fashion institution. Once mocked for the numerous fakes it inspired, this classic has returned as a firm favourite amongst designer bargain hunters. Young up and coming actors including Downton Abbey star Lily James was seen sporting the look in October this year.

9. Moschino Logo Strap Trainers

Biggest 2019 Discount - 24%

Search Volume Top Ten - 3%

Moschino logo trainers were given a boost in search this year when TOWIE's Chloe Sims was spotted out on the town in the striking footwear. 30% more bargain hunters have been searching Moschino products in the sale, than a year ago. Mostly thanks to these baggable shoes.

Biggest 2019 Discount - 59%

Search Volume Top Ten - 4.9%

In February this year, we revealed the NMD to be the most Instagrammed trainer. This popularity has been driven partly by the numerous collaborations to hit the trainer news sites, including with Japanese streetwear brand atmos and Billionaire Boys Club team up for the Latest NMD Hu in Plaid.

Down jackets have proved incredibly popular amongst discount hunters in 2019, Armani jackets, made popular by rising star Taron Egerton, are no exception.

The understated low top footwear proved incredibly popular amongst designer discount hunters in 2019.

Second to The North Face ‘Nuptse’ jacket, these Hugo Boss trainers were the next most popular item searched in the sales.

2019 was the year acclaimed designer duo Humberto Leon and Carol Lim left French fashion house Kenzo - however it appears 2019 was a year for burgeoning search in the iconic and retro tiger branded sweater.

VaporMax knits are the creps you can wear out and about and on the court - Kate Middleton is a big fan. The discounts on these kicks were so desirable, that ‘VaporMax’ was searched in the sales 25% more than the next most popular Nike product, the ‘Air Max 90’.

Nuptse took over New York in the Hip Hop heydays of the 90s and 2019 saw a massive spike in interest from designer discount hunters. Nuptse aficionados include Kanye and Lil Uzi Vert. Thanks to viral collections like the Nuptse jacket, sale searches for The North Face products increased by 1,400% Y.o.Y.
